WINTER TERM
PROGRESSION

A six-week pathway from first slide to confident park rider.

Winter Term is built around a structured, six-week progression delivered through our Mobile Dry-Snow Park—bringing professional snowboarding instruction directly to schools and community sites. Using modular ramps, features, and adaptive terrain, each cohort moves through a clearly defined learning pathway that builds skill, confidence, and community—week by week.

Weeks 1–2 | Foundations
Participants learn stance, balance, and safe falling techniques while building comfort on board. Coaches introduce edge awareness, glide control, and movement patterns that set the stage for progression. Dry-snow ramps allow riders to practice in a controlled environment where repetition builds confidence fast.

Weeks 3–4 | Flow & Control
Riders begin linking movements—learning pumping technique, speed management, and basic transitions on ramps and rollers. Instruction expands to include park flow, spatial awareness, and etiquette, helping participants understand how to move safely and confidently in shared riding spaces.

Weeks 5–6 | Terrain Park Progression
Participants enter the Park phase—where skill meets application. Using scaled features and modular elements, riders work on approach lines, feature awareness, and controlled pop and landing mechanics. The focus isn’t just tricks—it’s confidence, decision-making, and learning how to progress responsibly.
